A coating is not paint. It is a bonded membrane — and the strength of that bond is determined entirely by what happens before the first gallon of resin touches the slab. This is the methodology that justifies a premium floor, and the reason our installations do not lift, blister, or yellow.

Diamond Grinding
We open the concrete with industrial diamond tooling, removing the weak surface laitance and exposing a clean, sound substrate. This is the step every kit-coating skips — and the reason they fail.
Crack & Spall Repair
Every crack, popout, and spall is routed, filled, and feathered. A coating bridges the slab’s defects only if those defects are repaired first; otherwise they telegraph straight through the finish.
Moisture Testing
We test vapor emissions and relative humidity in the slab. A floor coated over an untested, damp foundation will blister within a season. The data dictates the primer — and whether a moisture barrier is required.
Moisture-Mitigating Primer
Where the slab demands it, we specify a moisture-tolerant or vapor-barrier primer — the bond layer that keeps shoreline humidity from lifting the system from beneath.
Base Coat & Flake Broadcast
The pigmented base coat is rolled and, for flake systems, broadcast to refusal with vinyl quartz flake — full saturation that hides imperfections and creates the depth that defines a premium floor.
Top Coat & Cure
A UV-stable polyaspartic or clear topcoat seals the system — chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and (for 1-day systems) cured to full return-to-service within hours.
